There is a saying, "It is good people who makes good places" As I had never been to this place before, my expectation was it is going to be a good place. However, my expectations were proved completely wrong by the people who are working here. I was here to shoot an event for my friend. I went thru security check-was welcomed and all good until then. In another 10 minutes, a gentleman working here (believe one of the Managers) walked near me and strictly instructed not to put any light as that would take away the ambience of the lobby with a very very rude voice. While I was talking and knowing more about their rules, he became very arrogant and sounded utterly rutgless which any normal person wouldn't take it. As humans we tend to give respect and take respect which he didn't follow at all. He sounded as if he owns this property.
I tend not to argue anymore and continued with my work. There comes another gentleman and orders me to mark an entry into their hotel while I am one of the guests attending the event. I politely said that the host is my friend and I asked if other visitors had signed any such register. He said No and there ends the discussion.
So, I would advice all the people or corporates to please choose your place wisely as this is certainly not a place where the guests are treated with good respect. I think the staff/manager(s) attitude costs this hotel a lot. I really pity the people who employ these in Hospitality industry!
Advice to senior management: Please request your staff to learn and show some politeness to the guests and vendors whom so ever visits. Coz everyone deserves respect and some dignity which is purely missing...

Reservation - there is no way to book other than online. And if you call their reservation desk; they would ask you to send an email and you can wait for eternity.
Online Booking - the room shows capacity of 3; but wouldnt show up if you search for a room to accomdoate 3. So.. the end result you would book for 2 adults & at check-in they would charge you for extra bed.. for the same room which has been made for 3. Isnt that a interesting business hoodwinking idea?
In-room dining - Myself and my wife had to visit our offices and had to leave our son alone in the room. He ordered for a tin of coke. The waiter delviered it to the room and took it back as my son didnt have cash or google pay. Card wasnt accepted.

Valet Parking - whether you come or leave; valet parking would take atleast 15-20mins. So, calculate that timing. I almost missed my flight waiting for the valet parking guy to get my car.

We 4 friends(all bachelor IT guyz) went their for Saturday buffet dinner by taking coupons through paytm(nearby). But recommended because you'll feel awkward by seeing they are serving starters to the guests who are staying there but you need to take everything on your own(especially when your gang is the only one who arrived their for buffet and rest all the guests). I know its buffet but still many restaurants serve starters like barbeque nation or absolute barbeque. Plus we felt they don't give much attention to the outsiders who came just for buffet and not for stay. Actually on that day only we 4 friends went for buffet, rest all seem to be the staying guests because for main course they also started to come to food counters so I won't say they were ordering Ala carte from menu. Service definitely we didn't like much although i wont say it was bad. If you want to go for photography and peaceful ambience you'll like it but definitely not for crowd lover as in fully packed AB or BN. We entered bar, for photography it was excellent place, swimming pool we couldn't see because they said it gets closed by 8 PM.
