Sunshine Suites-Premium — Hotel in Bengaluru

I stayed there for a couple of days. The location was sent to me one day prior. It is located in a residential area in JP Nagar. It feels safe and secure.

I was given a small 1bhk type apartment. The bedroom had a decent sized bed, and a big balcony, along with wardrobe, TV unit and AC. No complaints at all.

The hall/living area had an open kitchen in it as well. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, a single burner gas stove (I did not get a chance to use it), and a sink.

Adjoining living area had a sofa and a dining table (with plates, glasses and cutlery already set up). No TV here though, but it was not needed either.

They serve breakfast at the rooftop. It is fairly decent.

One problem I had was with hot water. There was no geyser as such in the room. When asked, the caretaker turned some valves and asked me to keep the tap running for 5 mins or so and hot water should come. But after 15 minutes and too much water being wasted, it was still cold. I decided to not bother as I planned to leave the next day.

The towels given were clean, the linen was clean too. However, no soap or dental kit were given. I had my own so did not ask either, but you should be prepared if you need it. There is a small shop nearby where you would get all these items.

Overall, i would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and spacious. My only issue was lack of hot water, which I am sure they will be able to arrange. I guess the staff could be a little more attentive as well. Other than that, it was a very...

Limited staff. The same staff is doing housekeeping and handling food beverage No buffet breakfast. Only 2 items available in breakfast in limited quantity. No problem with limited quantity but they should keep a little extra. Inspite of "no smoking" Policy in the building premises, few guests do smoke and not sure if management takes any action Only 1 Washing machine is operational that too located on terrace floor. Many times one has to wait for machine to get free. Kitchen and hall room in one room only. Limited utensils available to use and only 1 stove available. Staff is polite and helpful. Incorrect food menu card kept in room. The food rate mentioned is different from what you actually pay. In room tea, coffee and sugar packets are provided, however milk powder is not provided. I stayed with sunshine suits for the last 8 days and all I can say is it was a wonderful experience. Stating with the bookings it was easy with no Hassles, the owner was wonderful and took my multiple phone calls and query. When I reached the apartments I was glad to see there were security cameras at the gate and front road. It made me feel safe. The flat also was clean, nice smelling and the bathroom was clean and neat. I was traveling alone for work and sunshine really made me feel safe and well taken care of. It is very central to where I needed to be and around some good cafés. Although you can always call for food in they have a restaurant near by that delivers and the menu is in the room. The only one thing I would maybe request since I am a girl would be a full length mirror in the apartment 😊😊. But other than that I thank all the staff there who were nice and always respected me...
