Horrible experience while ordering a cake from this outlet. We ordered a Irish Coffee cake via Swiggy order number 94554993337 on Sunday 24th Jan'2021. We requested Delivery person to ask the cake outlet to write a message on the cake. Order was accepted, delivery person arrived at outlet, conveyed the message and started to wait outside while the cake was prepared. After 5 mins when he went inside to collect the cake, the hooligans at the counter started an argument saying he is late and they cannot deliver the order. Swiggy delivery person protested and that resulted in a quarrel and finally the rowdies of the restaurant smashed the cake. When the delivery person informed me of the same, I contacted the restaurant and the liars who are stationed there told me that my order is picked up already and promptly cut the call. Then they didn't pick my call again. Eventually I had to cancel the order and order from another restaurant. This is how the restaurant treats it's swiggy partners. This is appalling behaviour and I would urge people to be careful while ordering from this place. Also, in no way this place deserves a rating if 4. I won't even...

Not worth even a single star. Visited personally to the shop. Wanted to taste the red velvet cake. Owner provided a piece. When tasting we figured the cake was spoilt and the strawberry syrup was strong due to poor refrigeration, Which means it has gone bad. He understood from our expression and said it's made yesterday... He told he will give freshly baked chocolate cake, which we agreed to take away. Once we had the cake at home after 30 mins the whip cream he used gotten spoiled. Not at all fresh. He had so many cakes lying on the shelf not properly taken care of. During our waiting time there were 3 swiggy delivery guys came to collect the orders. The guys working there do not use gloves, no hygienic practices.. nothing.. Pls do not go for this for the cheaper price... Quality and service is very bad. People buy cakes for celebrating.. Don't ruin your mood by...

REAL EXPERIENCE.. Waste of money on expired product..

I visited shop to have a lava cake but it was not available and so, we ordered donut (per piece 50 charged) for both parcel and dinein, and they have served after heating it. which is very very ordinary and I took parcel which was not eatable and little was had my wife and she got desentri (only after having that, trouble started).

I feel like they packed expired food which not eatable. Very worst experience I had. So be careful that they are selling at low cost means and quality is very worst. Not at all acceptable.

Felt like they are making more cakes and everywhere with no expiry on making product.

Only concentrating in selling not caring abt customer.

So be careful while buying,their more chances of getting expired...
