If you’re someone who loves authentic, homemade-style rottis and healthy traditional food, Rotti Mane in Karur Vyaya Colony, BTM 2nd Stage is an absolute gem! This place has become my go-to whenever I crave soft, fresh chapatis or any kind of rotti, and they offer such a great variety.
Their akki roti and ragi rotti are simply delightful, made perfectly with the right texture and flavor. I especially love how the jolada rotti (jawar roti) and ragi rotti are served fresh, which makes them soft yet slightly crisp around the edges, just how a home-cooked rotti should be! The jawar roti is an excellent gluten-free option for anyone looking for a healthy meal without compromising on taste.
One of the highlights here is their holige, soft, sweet, and filled generously, it takes me straight back to those festive, homey vibes. They also prepare side dishes and chutneys that go perfectly with all the rottis, and their groundnut chutney is a personal favorite, simple, healthy, and packed with flavor.
Whether you’re health-conscious or just craving some good old comfort food, Rotti Mane is worth a visit. The quality and taste are consistently impressive, and the prices are reasonable for the homely and satisfying experience you get. Definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys traditional...
Read moreMy north karnataka friend introduced me to this hotel for the first time and I've visited this place many times within this week already.
I've tried kobri holige, bele holige and I liked kobri holige with ghee on it, It's a must try.
Also had jolad roti, masala rice and sambar rice. With roti they give dal made of heasaru kalu(green moong dal) and brinjal curry and it tastes good and healthier. Also they are generous to give us variety of different chatni pudi with curd. Rice items are also good, Yet to try ragi rotti.
Overall it's a best place to try our north...
Read moreGood for Jonna Roti (Jowari roti) and curries (Brinjal, beans, cabbage etc). Spice is a bit on the lower side for my taste.
They serve plain and flavoured rice as well, but the rice is brought to the shop (not cooked there) hence it is never hot.
They also serve akki roti (a bit thin I would say) and Poli (chapathi with sweet stuffing inside). Kadak Jonna Roti is also available in packs.
There's only one lady preparing the Jonna rotis so roti is usually slow to prepare or they are not hot due to stacking.
All in all a healthy option and light...
