Biggies Burger: BTM Layout — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Franchise outlet serving delicious burgers and wraps! Good once in a while.

I’ve always wanted to check out Biggies after spotting them once in Pondicherry. Luckily BTM has one franchise now.

The BTM outlet is quite spacious with sufficient seating upstairs. Place is maintained quite clean, though it has that look of a fast food joint, which is a bit depressing.

As for the food, the burger that I ordered with paneer and mushrooms was quite good. The sauce was quite tasty! Fries were perfectly crispy. I ordered the combo meal which includes a mojito, which was surprisingly good and low in sugar.

Overall, it’s a decent place. However, let’s not kid ourselves. It’s junk food that’s extremely dense in calories and hyper-palatable. So best to eat once in a while.

Service is good. Staff is quite polite as all franchise outlets are.

Something fishy with the billing system. Initially softy was added to the bill and later someone came and asked for bill they don't have copy to serve the food. After few mins he came back and handed over another bill without softy for same price. When enquired about change in bill and softy, we're told that it will be provided at the downstairs. When we asked for softy, another guy pitched in and acted smart.." plz check the bill that it doesn't include softy". Even the owner standing next to him and watching the fun. Whatever, first experience wasn't great and even the food as well. Have seen many such restaurants in btm with such cheap tricks... this is just another one.. very soon they fade out if they continue with unethical billing and...

Biggies Burger is an awesome place to work while enjoying some truly delicious food! I’ve been searching for a spot where I can work comfortably, and this place checks all the boxes. The WiFi is reliable, making it a perfect spot for casual meetings or just getting some work done.

The staff here are super friendly and attentive—they even bring the food right to the table where I can plug in my laptop and stay focused.
