Brewz Coffee — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Recently I have visited the shop. That was my second time visiting, and I have previously found solace in your establishment whenever I needed a change of scenery or experienced a power cut while working from home. However, the experience I had during my most recent visit has left me with a negative impression.

Today, due to a power outage in my area, I decided to visit your coffee shop once again. I ordered a black tea, which cost me 120, and settled down to work at around 2:30 PM. I worked diligently at my table until 6:05 PM. Also the power came immediately I could have gone back home immediately after having tea but I thought that because of the ambiance and good vibe I sat there till 6:05 .However, as I was leaving, one of your staff members informed me of a new policy: customers who order only a coffee are limited to a one-hour seating time unless they place a larger order. This policy, coupled with the lack of clarity or notice regarding it, has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

As a loyal customer, I have appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and quality beverages your coffee shop has provided in the past. However, the lack of consideration and clear communication about the updated seating policy has made me question whether I will continue to patronize your establishment in the future.

It is essential for any business to maintain a transparent and customer-friendly approach. Therefore, I suggest that you prominently display the seating policy you have mentioned, ensuring that all customers are aware of the time limits associated with different orders. By doing so, it will avoid any confusion or frustration for future visitors.

I wanted to convey my disappointment and share my decision not to visit your coffee shop anymore. It saddens me that a place I once considered a refuge for work and relaxation has left me feeling unwelcome. Brewz Coffee is a good place to chat, work, read, enjoy TV with nicely brewed coffee and snacks.

The entrance is having a coffee mug shaped pot just in front of the display board. But the plant inside is almost dried.

It gives an open feel because of the wide glass doors and fixings at the entrance.

Small book stand is well arranged with books to read. Tiny shelving to display snacks and a stand for mobile charging are really good and well arranged. The wall decor with a coffee plant is lifting the mood of inside ambiance.

There is workspace well segregated for smokers. Non smoking area is also having working ambiance. Time operations (10:30 am to pm - 12 h) is best fitting slot.

If you want to see TV, that is also taken care of.

This cafe require proper ventilation or they have to fix aircons. It’s too stuffy and humid inside.

Lots of scope to improve inside environment. Proper ventilation is a must. Maintenance of the property is...

I've been here only twice, both have been extremely disappointing experiences. I don't usually leave such low reviews but this was called for.

The most recent times was day light robbery. Charging 200 rupees + for milk with hot chocolate syrup poured in is ridiculous. I ordered hot chocolate, it tasted like Hershey hot chocolate syrup. When i complained to the staff , the lady told me they just heated milk and poured syrup, i insisted to pay a lower amount as I didn't want to walk out with paying anything. They refused and initially refused my payment through Zomato gold, to get some benefit. I had to push back to use gold , they accepted. Truly a terrible experience.
