Very bad experience from the start. Definitely it's at a great location. Very easy to find and all major market areas are extremely near. And the Railway station was also not that far. But the wait time for everything was too long. They were literally just testing our patience. The place looks like an abandoned house. I think the owner never puts a penny in maintenance. There were tobacco spits on the floor where normally people walk. Everything looked broken and too old. They took about half an hour just to get to us for check-in purposes. And after that he took forever to do our verification, it was too irritating by then as he took such a long time to complete such a small task. That was not it. The room also looked like it was never maintained. The bathroom door didn't lock in. The shutters of the shelves were broken. It was very dusty and the curtains were filled with dust. The toilet seat was filled with tobacco stains. Even if we clean, it didn't go. Although the staff were very few, they were very friendly and did their work. If not on time, later they would do it. For cleaning we had to pay extra to the maid working over there. The only good thing I found about the hotel was its location. As it is located on the main market place, it's easy to travel here and there. Reply to the reply- First of all, I'm not a rookie in travelling. All hotels never take the physical identity proof of a person. In fact they shouldn't even take the aadhar number due to increasing scams. It's a basic verification process that's mandatory to be done. And I respect that highly. But whatever you guys did is just not right. We coped up with it as we respected your rules. Things which should take a few minutes, you extended it and kept us waiting for a long time. We waited before verification also. As there were not enough staff. Only one person had to do everything (data entry, show us to the room...)so please for ur staff's sake, hire 1 more person. It will be beneficial for everyone. And about 2 am. Trust me your clock is strange. Still I won't raise a question about it cause it was our fault when your gates close at 11 pm, but we reached at 12:30 am. Thanks a lot for minding our convenience and letting us in. And lastly about safety, there were beer bottles openly kept on the corridor. That's y I said it's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst accommodation experience of my life.
Let's start with the room - a dungeon would be a more fitting description. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the turn of the century, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were home to a colony of mysterious, unidentifiable organisms. The bedspread was a delightful mix of questionable stains that I didn't dare investigate further. No place for ventilation of air.
The bathroom was a breeding ground for germs and cockroaches. It won't be a surprise if you find another room's poop in your bathroom' that's how efficient the sewage system is!! The staff was a special breed of unhelpful and disinterested.
In short, don't ever stay at this hotel. It's a place where comfort goes to die. Save yourself the trouble and find a better spot to...
