Great collection of buffet items, very budget friendly , good ambience , good management. Overall it’s a good experience, only we had some unfriendly experience with the staff and arrangements this is probably we were a group of 29people. Few challenges we faced - As we were a large group we had negotiated a rate with the owner and communicated to the manager. However, at the time of payment the staff denied that they are not ready to accept that and they want full payment and not negotiated price. Management and owner were very friendly and approachable but unfortunately they were not available at the time of payment so we had to deal directly with the staff. Secondly for buffet, we had got 27 bands for people who were leveraging buffet service but due to some confusion we communicated one of the member wont have food so to remove her from list and total band count should be 26 and we also mentioned that they can check CCtv it was 26 ppl only who leveraged buffet but they were not convinced and said they only charge for 27 bands and there was someone extra we also share that the total guest list is 29 ppl and 3 did not have food. Anyway sharing my experience so that guests visiting, please be responsible for your own guest count and keep the staff informed so as to avoid confusion. We hoped we could meet the manager we had dealt with initially for band counts but he was unavailable at the time of payment unfortunately due to some circumstances. Additionally, the availability of dishes and plates was slightly challenging as they got available in rotations of cleaning but that was not a big problem. Howsoever, barring the payment troubles we had a great experience with the staff and manager who were very sportive to help conduct our family event and ritual which involved a small puja. Great place to visit, very much equipped to cater to big grps with minor challenges, i would suggest to steer the event yourself and ensure all clear communications regarding payments, grp size discussed with staff, manager, owner whoever shall be responsible to manage the event from...
Read morePlease do not visit this place based on some insta reels.. I personally visited this place today with my cousin.. And the arrangements were terrible. They kept us waiting till 1:45 to begin the buffet while it was mentioned that the buffet begins at 12. Finally arrived the soup, which was good to taste.. Then arrived starter. It was a relief to finally see some food. For a ssecond it was ok even if it didn't match the what they proclaimed to give as per menu.. But it was intolerable to see the amount of starter to be over in 2 mins and not being able to meet the demands.. 3.You have to stand in long long ques (similar to Ahara Kendras) just to get 1spoon of food.. Unfortunately ahar kendras have better service in terms of quantity and management.. It felt miserable to keep waiting and asking when the food would be refiled again. And I could see the casualness of the staffs in fulfilling the demands Finally main course arrived.. After multiple failed attempts to fill my stomach with adequate starter, as I proceeded towards the main course, me who is basically a vegetarian got - Rice, dal and mix veg only... I was too much irritated and when asked the staffs about Manchurian and noodles for veg people as mentioned in the menu, they simply said us sorry plz adjust.. Finally comes dessert where once again they failed terribly.. So if u want to waste ur money at a sofisticated ahara kendra then do visit...

Not many items like veg soup & chicken soup, potato fry, chicken starter, veg chowmin, veg biryani, dal, chicken curry, fish curry, one sweet item, one sweet cake, one ice cream and one mock tail that's it. some of the counters are empty.
I asked for only plain cold water the service boy said we don't have.😆 Then brings a kinley plastic empty bottle taken water from the cane and gave me...too funny..they don't have HDPE water bottle also...u can see in the image I have attached.
They used small plastic spoons to serve ice cream..it was too sharp when u eat icecream and take it out from your mouth. My mouth got a deep cut. I asked the boy how you people serve this..it's too dangerous for kids and adults as well..my mouth got a deep cut..if kids have it they definately going to bleed. He is saying sir every day we serve wooden spoon and today it was over so given plastic spoons. . Too bad and neglected behaviour.
Only greed of money.
The hotel is on the 2nd floor but the lift is not working.
When u enter the hotel you don't know who the waiter is and who the customer is, no dress code.
I asked the reception why don't you add some more items and you will laugh by his reply. No...
