I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. My experience at Brewhive was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, the atmosphere within the restaurant had constant disturbance. What was particularly distressing was witnessing the mistreatment of fellow diners, particularly women. The fact that harassment occurred in a supposedly professional establishment is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management's commitment to providing a safe and respectful environment for all patrons. Adding to these concerns, I discovered an insect in my food, which was absolutely appalling. Such a serious lapse in hygiene and quality control is completely unacceptable and raises questions about the restaurant's adherence to basic sanitation standards. Finally, the poor management of the entire situation was evident. I found Amitava, the manager, extremely arrogant. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, there was little effort made to rectify the situation or offer a formal apology. This is a hospitable industry yet there was no regard for the diners coming to your establishment. Overall, my experience at The Brewhive was extremely disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
