This is my pen name which I prefer for my online reviews, this is not just a review but my honest opinion on a brand and a product.

Brand: Barbeque Nation Branch: Salt Lake Location: 10 downing Street (Kolkata)

Food: Suddenly there is nothing wrong or bad about the food that they serve in fact even in the rush hours their chefs and cooks are constantly working hard to provide high quality food to the customers. The quality and the flavours of their barbecues was such great that a food critic like me would call their chefs pure khansama. They deserve respect, for both, their skills and their pace of hard work.

Service: The surface which they provide are extraordinary good, weather beet the manager who constantly works at the front desk and also at the end of the dinner would talk to the customers or beet the table manager who would serve the barbecues at the table and also ask for any kind of betterment of the menu which they could provide.

Advice for Main course: Usually people visit barbeque nation and they always preferred to shovel up and girlfriend the available starters as it's unlimited and no one prefers to go for the main course, although both are unlimited, so here is my advice to young generation who would visit the barbeque nation next time best brand makes their food seriously!! From the so called barbecues to the food menu of the main course at both prepared with proper care even if the confectionery and every sweets. If you go and shovel up and then culp in the food you cannot enjoy the flavours the taste it would become a competition for you to how much one can consume, I saw that happening and I really felt bad, next time you visit you can enjoy your time by eating slowly and getting the flavours in your mouth properly

Ambience: This place is one of the best places for couples to spend their quality time, therefore if you visit this place with your loved ones on a date and my advice is don't turn it into a eating challenge. Take your time, enjoy the flavours of both the appetizers and also the main course. You can even order some fresh soda as that enhances the flavours of the cuisines even more.

The worst ever experience with barbeque nation!! I booked for a table in bbq nation salt lake through swiggy dineout and got the confirmation. There was no information about waiting period of the table in BBQ and even the staff who called for confirmation on our arrival they too haven't mentioned on this despite telling we stuck in traffic and might get bit late, due to traffic we reached BBQ nation late by 16 mins(12.30 was booking and we arrived sharp at 12.46), the receptionist conveyed that your booking of the table has been cancelled since we were late by 1 min. More over they conveyed that the waiting period of the slot booked is 15 mins and the booking will be automatically gets cancel if the customer doesn't reach the restaurant on time or by 15 mins late. Problems which I faced are

1. I didn't get any info on the waiting time of 15 mins either on swiggy dineout or through the staff who called before 15 mins for confirmation.
2. There were lots of empty tables and no rush on that time but still they've confirmed the table booking already cancelled.
3. The receptionist have conveyed either we have to wait till the next slot which was at 3pm(2 hr later) or they can give us a table offline and by 2.30 we've to leave and we can't pay the bill through swiggy dineout.

I have visited many BBQ across various city lot of times without any problems and paid through dineout/zomato inspite I was late or not, this is one of the worst ever experience I have crossed from BBQ. The system which they follow now is annoying to the customer, denoting none of their rules/protocol is conveyed...

This is one of the finest and most my favourite buffet restaurant in Kolkata .. after lockdown period we went there to celebrate birthday .. so we have booked our seat .. First of all oh my God service so amazing , each and every staffs were so courteous and well mannered , they are looking after each and every issue of every customer that's why this is Barbeque nation .. There main attraction is hot grill on your table and you can keep the kebab stick hot .. Starters and desserts are my most favourite part though I have tested main course .. There was lots of kebab in starter section and then also have the panipuri counter but due to covid 19 they are serving each and every dish to your table .. We had chicken biriyani , mutton Rogan Josh , and garlic chowmin in main course .. mutton Rogan Josh was just top notch in main course .. Then we came in dessert section and there was the most heartiest combo ever , hot gulab jamun with icecream and there we had 5th types of kulfi like Oreo , paan , malai , falooda , pineapple and vanilla .. everything was so perfect .. Atlast they gave us complimentary cake for our party , and that was really surprised me .. they were wishing me .. and also they are sanitized each and every things literally every things like also card machine .. I was so amazed by their service and as always array of food .. 🤩❤️after lockdown this was worthy dine in experience ever ..and also their customer care executive took our feedback in next...
