The Brewmaster — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Location- Sector 5(Near RDB cinemas/IIHM college) Ambience-It's is a typically lounge with different sitting arrangements like high chairs,sofas and normal chairs. The place is quite large and have two small smoking rooms side by side. There is bar counter also where you can sit in high chairs and enjoy a cricket and football match with a drink. Me and my other 5 friends went to this place for a party as it was one of my friend's birthday. We hand over them a cake and asked them to arrange the cake cutting but they totally failed to do in time.We went here specially for drinking so we ordered vodka and taquilla shorts from the beginning only. Total we drank 40 shorts as happy hours was going on. In happy hours they serve some specific drinks @Rs99. Then we ordered Dry chili chicken and crispy chili baby corn. Both of the item tastes good but very less quantity as per the price. So little overcharged according to me. Staff behaviour is quite good and they were really very friendly. Even the manager was also good. One of my friend drank so much that he was totally out but the staffs helped us. They gave him some lemon water so that he comes back to atleast some sense. Even after bill payment they allowed us to sat 1hr30min on the table. The boy whose birthday it was done so many things in the pub but they haven't told a single word. They just smiled. The Brewmaster is located at just opposite to RDB cinemas, sector 5, saltlake. The place is quite spacious with lit wall arts. They have a great bar counter and sitting arrangement looks nice. The music in the background would definitely lift your mood and make you groove into that! We tried on a lot of delectable items, the spread was humongous. Let's start with some refreshments:

The presentation of the food was great. Both the quantity and quality was upto the mark without any doubt. The taste was just amazing.

When I first visited the place in the last week, the experience was bit good as the waiter was quite polite and helpful but last night my experience was horrific, first they had denied giving us the in-house made beer quoting that it is not available but few minutes later I saw them serving the same on the other tables. Moreover, they had forced (literally forced without seeking our consent) us to share our table with other people. If they don't have the seating capacity, why the hell they are allowing more people into their bar. We have waited so long for our food and waiter attitude was not polite and helpful as it should be. I am surely going to explore some other beer bars in the salt lake area and I shall definitely avoid this pathetic place in the future. I hope the management of this bar see my review and take some necessary steps to improve their services and anyone go to the bar to enjoy their personal time and it is absolutely pathetic to make us to share our seat with other people and that to unwillingly, if you don't have the more table, then don't allow people into your bar in the first place other than making your customers uncomfortable.
