Blue Plum Multi-Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Today on 1st Jan 2025, myself and some of our friends in the office opted to have a lunch at this restaurant since it is very near to our workplace. The chicken lemon coriander soup and veg sweet corn soup were good. Then for main course we ordered for tandoori roti, kadhai paneer, chicken lababdar and a whole roasted lahori chicken as suggested by the waiters of the restaurant. The food arrived alomost after 50 mins. The roasted chicken was absolutely dull. It was undercooked and there was blood stains inside. We asked them to change it. Tbe other items were very average in taste. The final cooked product came after we paid out bill. The funny part is it is a fine dine bar cum restaurant and price is on the higher side. However, the food quality as well as the service is absolutely unprofessional. Soups served no condiments given. Rosted chicken served but not cut , well there are minimum servicing ethics which has been lacking. So I find rating it as 4.2 in zomato is a little bit overwhelming. And from our's point of view the restaurant is overpriced and not at all worthy to visit. Thanks and happy new year to whosoever reading...

People say don't judge a book by it's cover, this restaurant is a perfect example of this quote. Awful fooding experience. The restaurant looks good and well decorated, but food is below par. I had ordered biryani, they had warmed up a stale biryani (may be in a microwave) and had served that, even they did not warm it properly. Some part of the rice was warm and some part was cold. Rice was very hard and the mutton pieces were very stiff, and the potato was tasteless. With the first bite one would understand that it's a previous/day before leftover stored in a fridge and was served by warming it up. I highlighted that to the manager, he was indifferent. He was like - "ki r kora jabe". I saw people in other tables also dissatisfied with the food. The price they charge is too high 450/- for a mutton biryani which is much higher than other esteemed biryani restaurants like Arsalan or Aminia, but they fail to offer any taste and the quantity is also very less in comparison aswell. I had to write this review because I had high hopes on this newly opened restaurant, but they have disappointed in terms of food...

Best Romantic Place in the Town Exploring new places all over the city has always been my first love. A few days ago I visited one such brand with awesome fusion foods and the beauiful low light ambiance makes my heart happy The ambience here was the one the most unique thing as it was Simple yet elegant.
