Hotel vivek — Hotel in Bihar

First of all the staff consider themselves superior to you. They will not bring you water food or anything but will order you around like you are their staff. Next the administration is run by actual goons who will take your stuff if they are upset with you. I went there to stay for 1 day and was about to check out at 6 pm. But I overslept a little and was able to check out at 9 pm. When the staff called I was out within no time but these goons felt that they could press me so they charged me for another day. Mind you I already communicated with them the checkin day that I was going to stay only for 1 day and will be out by next day at 6. They were so rude that I felt danger to my life and they even decided to snatch my stuff. Not to mention their washroom's windows have no curtain and outside there are houses. Also the situation of toilets are horrible to say the least. I also want to add since goons run this place please don't take entry if you are a female or even with a female may it be mother or anything. It's high time authorities act and shut down...

Ridiculous service: -no toilet paper. I ask beforehand at reception, he tells something to the other guy, so i guess he would bring it. Nothing. When going out, I enquire, to which he says that i can buy on the street. I told him that was funny. A hotel, in a capital city, REJECTING a basic request as a roll of paper, just shameful. But "the guest is God in India" right? Most unprofessional, amateur service i have ever seen. -Sheets dirty as hell, big stains: last time they were cleaned was when Ghandi was still alive. -Called the guy for AC problem: AC wouldn't turn on. He came: played with the switches (what any 5-yr old could do), then said it would be fixed in the morning. I was checking out in the morning. -No blanket. At that point, i didnt even care, was sure they wouldnt be able to provide.

Probably they wouldnt be able to meet any of your expectations, requests. A total laughing stock. Mr Manager, and staff, try something else and leave the hotel business to those who actually have an idea and care A TINY BIT ABOUT guests. 0/10,...

Pros situated in the market..everything you will get at your footsteps.... -cheaper rooms with AC in summers only. -staff is nice spoken. -couple friendly. -TV with dish connection

Cons no lift. Had to lift my 23kg luggage 🥺 no restaurant .... Ordered food is costlier as they bring food from outsides restaurant. rooms were not as clean as they should be smell of cigrettes in room. bathroom was not clean. Traces of GUTKHA was there. 😠 -only 2Ltr instant geyser in budget rooms. -AC doesnt comes with hot air mode. -WIFI not working in all the areas of hotel. -Too much noise as it is situated in the market. -MOST IMP. - CHECK OUT TIME WAS 12PM. BUT THEY SAID TO MOVE OUT AS EARLY AS 11AM AS THEY HAVE TO PREPARE THE ROOM FOR THE UPCOMING NEXT GUEST. Are their guests check in at 12pm...
