Hotel Park Elanza Coimbatore — Hotel in Central Zone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Park Elanza in Coimbatore, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations and left a lasting impression on me.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly staff that was always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room was remarkable.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Ooty. The location of the hotel is prime. It is at the city centre itself. Brookfield mall is very close. The rooms were clean and luxurious. The view from the room was the road infront of the hotel. There were enough inroom beverages and snacks kept, but since the rates were on the higher side, we didnt try anyone of them. We took buffer dinner and also the breakfast from the hotel. The dinner was simply super with wide spread menu. The best part is that they never charged for our kids who are 6 year and 3 year old. Regarding the breakfast also it was a wide spread one. The roof top dining space was also superb with good ambience. The pool also was good and clean. But the shower room is not properly maintained. There is no proper access to the room and also the door to the shower room is not good and cannot to secured properly. The only thing i didnt like about them was at the time of checkout. My 3 year old kid had a small vomitting at night during our sleep and had a small portion of the debris on the blanket. We cleaned it well with the wet wipes to our maximum possible way, but there was a small stain left behind. While checkout they told that there is stain on the blanket and there will be a charge for the same, which i found as a rare thing. I have stayed at many hotels both within India and abroad and this is my first experience of so. I told them you are charging the rates for all these stuffs. There was just a small stain and when they asked for additional rates for that, that left all the good things of the hotel to bad for my. I was not ready to pay anyhow, and atlast they told no need and we checkout. Apart from this incident, all was smooth going. But as i told, one small negative like that spoiled all the goods. Absolutely horrifying experience at Hotel Park Elanza in Coimbatore. Booked two rooms in the start of September 2022 for 3 nights but instead we checked out after the first night as the experience was absolutely horrible. It was holiday and we have three year old baby with us too.

We booked a room with the jacuzzi (which doubled as a shower). We didn't use the jacuzzi, but still it randomly flooded the entire bathroom. The maintenance team was called and they said that they fixed the issue - we can use the shower but not the jacuzzi. When we used the shower, the water was stagnant in the tub. We asked for a change of room but the receptionist said that they didn't have other rooms. The maintenance team came and they were in an out of the room for nearly two hours till around 01:00 AM. The bathroom was full of nasty looking gunk and it was stinking. The baby wasn't sleeping because of the noise and lights. At 01:00 AM, I put my foot down and asked the maintenance team to switch off the jacuzzi, and leave. They confirmed that it was switch off. At around 03:00 AM, there was huge pop and the continuous noise from the bathroom. The maintenance team came once again and said just that "That's the jacuzzi sound". This was also after they previously confirmed that it was switched off.

The maintenance team came on call, but really wasn't helpful in resolving the issue. I had one of the worst nights of my life in this place because of all this. Breakfast was meh too. Definitely won't recommend this...
