Expected a good ambience. But was disappointed. We are regular customers of Anandhaas sweets. Today visited their Ramnagar branch. Service was really good.
Restaurant was in first floor. The place was really noisy. Added to this there was music playing. However they stopped the music after sometime. After coming out of the restaurant, the street was so calm and peaceful. Don't why the restaurant is unusually noisy. Ordered paneer masala roast. Was completely disappointed. The size of the dosa was very less. The paneer masala inside the dosa was a total disappointment. Onion and tomato masala was more with shreds of paneer (like coconut shreds). Either paneer should have been diced finely or should have been crumbles by hands. There was no feel of paneer at all. If this dish was given to someone without naming it they would have definitely thought it for shredded coconut. The dosa master has grated the paneer like grating the cheese. At least the quantity could have been more. Kindly improve the quality in upcoming days.
Chapathi was very thin and it turned hard within some time.

Read moreWhen we compare with other hotels here, it stays an edge over others in terms of varieties of food. The biggest disadvantage is the parking space, despite the fact that it has a good amount of crowd invariably. In terms of service, they should improve in terms of maintaining hygiene.
I want to share an incident in the lunch hours where we ordered South Indian Meals. The service crew brought a big leaf, which needs to be appreciated for serving the same. But the problem is the small table for four and they keep a common dish like Salt, Pickle, Vatthal Kuzhambu and buttermilk on that table. It touches all the leaves of everyone sitting on the table, which doesn't seem hygienic. Everyone has to serve themselves with that common dish, which touches the leaf of all. They should avoid keeping a common dish on the table and serve like other menus or they should have a big table for four.
I am suggesting this to Management because they're growing very fast in terms of service and quality, much better than Sree Annapoorna. So taking the suggestion seriously and implementing them will keep Anandhas on top of the rank in...
Read moreWe have bought breakfast parcel. They delivered in brown cover. We asked for a handled cover which will be easy for carrying. The service person asked us to get it from Sweet stall. But the employee works at Sweet stall refused to give a handled bag to carry the food parcel. When we requested they strong said THAT THEY WONT GIVE THE COVER AND THE CUSTOMER TO CARRY AS SUCH. If the customer step in while passing the area to get the food parcel, else travelling in a two wheeler, how they will manage to take that till their home? I surprise that how the management has not thought on it. The customer should either hold the parcel or to drive???
Basic concern... Better service in all must be there. That too a old person gets the parcel and should have the basic concern. Above all most of the employees are Hindi wala and they are rude and not responding properly. If this continues sure the good name you bagged will sure see a down fall.
Better take actions and make the public more comfort as CUSTOMERS ARE KING for any business.
