I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your hotel. I placed a substantial order for around 50 members, totaling a significant amount of money, and my bill number is 337. Despite this, I was not provided with a GST bill, which is not only highly unprofessional but also a clear violation of business practices and tax regulations.
When I addressed this issue with your manager, Rafi, I was met with an utterly unacceptable response. Instead of resolving the matter and providing the necessary GST bill, he shockingly suggested that I cancel my bulk order if I was not happy with the service. This is an appalling way to treat customers, especially those placing large orders and expecting a certain level of professionalism.
This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. The refusal to provide a GST bill is not just an inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the transparency and legality of your operations. The dismissive and rude attitude of your manager only compounds the issue and reflects very poorly on your establishment.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect to receive the GST bill...
Read moreGeetha Hotel, known for its pure vegetarian offerings, recently left me with mixed feelings after my lunch visit. While the restaurant's reputation for quality is well-known, I found the food prices to be disproportionately high. Despite decent taste, the meal did not stand out enough to justify the premium cost. In a market where many eateries offer similar or even superior vegetarian dishes at more reasonable rates, Geetha Hotel's pricing seems out of touch with customer expectations.
My experience suggests that the hotel needs to reassess its pricing to better reflect the quality and variety of its menu. Competitive pricing is crucial, especially when numerous alternative dining options are available. Adjusting prices to better match the actual value of the food could attract more customers and improve overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while Geetha Hotel offers a purely vegetarian menu, the high prices may deter potential diners who seek better value for their money. A reconsideration of their pricing strategy might be essential to maintaining and growing their...
Read moreWe ordered breakfast on Swiggy and were blow away by the quantity that came for the price we paid. Sceptical about the taste we did not jump to conclusions. But the taste was just like home made with getti chutney and thick sambhar unlike the watered down versions in other restaurants. One pongal is all we both could eat for breakfast and one coffee was sufficient for us. So all the other food was put away for lunch. The packaging was old fashioned and Eco friendly with banana leaf and paper. There was a small parcel extra and to our delight we found a huge portion of more getti chutney. One pongal, 2 sambhar vada, one masal roast, one coffee costed rs.150 with free home delivery and no packing charges. Best food experience in Swiggy till date. Update (10.10.2018) : I ordered meals (lunch) and it was average tasting with little veggies, though they gave a huge quantity of rice. The small portion of mushroom fry was perfect for one person's indulgence and typical paandi style which...
