I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your hotel. I placed a substantial order for around 50 members, totaling a significant amount of money, and my bill number is 337. Despite this, I was not provided with a GST bill, which is not only highly unprofessional but also a clear violation of business practices and tax regulations.

When I addressed this issue with your manager, Rafi, I was met with an utterly unacceptable response. Instead of resolving the matter and providing the necessary GST bill, he shockingly suggested that I cancel my bulk order if I was not happy with the service. This is an appalling way to treat customers, especially those placing large orders and expecting a certain level of professionalism.

This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. The refusal to provide a GST bill is not just an inconvenience but also raises serious concerns about the transparency and legality of your operations. The dismissive and rude attitude of your manager only compounds the issue and reflects very poorly on your establishment.

We ordered breakfast on Swiggy and were blow away by the quantity that came for the price we paid. Sceptical about the taste we did not jump to conclusions. But the taste was just like home made with getti chutney and thick sambhar unlike the watered down versions in other restaurants. One pongal is all we both could eat for breakfast and one coffee was sufficient for us. So all the other food was put away for lunch. The packaging was old fashioned and Eco friendly with banana leaf and paper. There was a small parcel extra and to our delight we found a huge portion of more getti chutney. One pongal, 2 sambhar vada, one masal roast, one coffee costed rs.150 with free home delivery and no packing charges. Best food experience in Swiggy till date.
