Good budget hotel in New Delhi. The location of this hotel is good. Rooms are neet and clean. Bathroom is also clean and good. Rooms are good. Beds are good. Helpful staff's. Negative things are kitchen opens only after 8 in the morning even if one have a early morning train you will be not be able to get even a cup of tea. The another thing is the food price is unnecessarily expensive. The most pathetic thing is in rooms they dont provide a jug or bottle for drinking water rather they use the electric kettle as water jug. They also dont provide any tea bag etc. They dont have lift. At last I can say this is a budget property and in budget property at this price one cant find each and every service. Please cheek the online rates of this property before booking it offline booking. In one words a fine tuning is require to make this a great property. This one is...

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff assured us there was hot water in the bathroom, but that was far from the truth. We waited for over an hour in the morning, hoping for hot water, which never came. This caused a lot of inconvenience as we had a flight to catch and no time to waste.

This hotel was just ok. Close to train station which was good, but on a very busy street. Room was fairly clean and was WiFi was ok. It said you get free bottled water which you do not, we asked for it and they gave us a jug of water, which we cannot drink Indian water. We paid extra for air conditioning room, which we had to ask them to switch on, and once it had been on for 20 minutes, they just turned it off which I think is not fair considering we paid for it.
