We visited this place after hearing so much about it from the locals expecting a great time which I’d be honest we had. Good Music and vibe. I want to share something that we experienced purely for others to know before going here so no one else has to go through it and hopefully for the owners and management to take a genuine feedback.

We called the club on the number mentioned here on google which was attended by a guy named “Shyam” who asked number of stags and couples and then gave us a final amount for entry charges and cover charges also assuring to call once we are at the menu so we can meet him, pay the amount and get in as discussed. Quite excited to see the place as we reached there, there is this person at the entry desk who sounded so rude and arrogant as if he’s handing out free entries and the customer is stupid. This guy just denied that we don’t have anyone named shyam here and he sits in some other office and then gave us new charges which were quite double of what was committed by “Shyam”.

The funny part is that when I called on the same number, the phone on his desk rang. Next thing I see is him sending a person to sit back and making sure we can’t talk to him which I am assuming was “Shyam”, the one I spoke to on call. And then a security person, properly trained, without any knowledge started blabbering and intimidating.

I’d really like to tell the guy on the front desk and the owners that a customer comes to your place purely on trust and hoping to have a good time. Goa has pretty amazing places and that too like 2 min walk from your place like Raeeth, Dynamo, Salud and many more. People like these make such a horrible first impression with their unethical, unprofessional and money making tactics that any customer would never wish to visit again. Also mind I’d share the same instance with anyone who’d ask me about the place. Hoping with such a good setup and vibe you really really improve the staff at the desks who let the customers in because after paying 40k the last thing we would expect is some guy at the entry desk and a security person arrogantly and unprofessionally...

Food and service, often secondary in many nightclubs, shine brightly here. The menu offers an array of delightful bites, perfect for sharing among friends or significant others. The staff is attentive and swift, ensuring your night goes off without a hitch.

Now, who is Romeo Lane ideal for? While it’s a hotspot for the younger crowd, particularly those under 40, the ambiance is welcoming for anyone with a zest for life and music. Girl gangs looking to celebrate and couples seeking a dance-worthy date night will find it particularly appealing.

After experiencing what can only be described as abysmal service, I am compelled to share my thoughts to forewarn others. The level of service and the condescending behavior exhibited by the staff were far from what any customer should endure. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and respectful customer experience.

From the moment I entered, I was met with a palpable lack of regard for customer service. The staff's apathetic and dismissive attitude was evident, making it clear that the customer's experience was not a priority. Instead of the warmth and courtesy one would expect, I was subjected to outright rudeness, which left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated.

It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction in any service-oriented establishment.

In light of my unfortunate encounter, I would caution anyone considering patronizing to reconsider their decision. The treatment I received, coupled with the lackluster service, does not warrant any support for this establishment. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve both the customer service and the overall experience offered to patrons.
