Vinanti Restaurant & Bar is truly a gem in the heart of the city. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, yet still manages to feel cozy and welcoming.

But of course, the real star of the show here is the food. The menu is absolutely fantastic, featuring a diverse range of dishes that are all expertly crafted and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts, every bite was a delight. I particularly loved the crispy fried calamari and the tender lamb shank, but honestly, everything I tried was outstanding.

But what really sets Vinanti apart, in my opinion, is the level of service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my dining experience exceptional. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and offer suggestions based on my preferences. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and truly want their guests to have a wonderful time.

I recently visited a new restaurant and bar in town, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was trendy and modern, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

As for the food, everything we ordered was delicious. The appetizers were particularly noteworthy, with a standout dish being the crispy calamari with a spicy aioli dipping sauce. For the main course, I ordered the ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The sides were also great, with a standout being the truffle fries.

But what really made the experience stand out was the bar. The drink menu was extensive, with a great selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails. I ordered the signature cocktail of the house, which was a delicious concoction of tequila, lime, and ginger beer. It was perfectly balanced and refreshing, and the presentation was impressive as well.

The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our meal.

A Coastal Treat✨ While you might already have your favourites of fish thali joints in Goa, I urge you to try the Goan Fish Thali at Hotel Vinanti-Panjim.

If you like Goan food, then you'll welcome a really well presented fish thali It's what Goans love to eat, and what many of them live on. But the best fish thali I've had yet was in a restaurant in the centre of town whose prices are minimal, Rs300 with tax and VAT for two meals with extra fish. You climb the stairs from hot and dusty Mahatma Gandhi Road, and enter a cool world of bright colours set off by white table cloths. The restaurant overlooks the road in a key shopping area of Panaji city, and you can watch the outside bustle as you eat. Service is absolutely excellent - they brought our fish thali today in three minutes flat, and the lad who served our table was constantly checking to see if he could bring anything or take away empty plates. I rate the service A++. Apart from our choice, there was a wide range of other dishes, but I noticed most of the other diners were following our choice. Our dishes had rice which set other restaurants an example to strive for, a delicious if spicy prawn curry, clams in a coconut curry, a dish of cabbage worthy of an award and really tasty kingfish fried...
