Read moreDining at Restaurant Navtara was an unmitigated disaster. The service was shockingly slow and disorganized, with staff appearing indifferent to the patrons' needs. It felt like a Herculean task just to get their attention for the most basic requests.
The culinary experience was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. The menu promised a variety of delectable dishes, but what arrived at the table was a far cry from expectations. The food was not only bland but also served at an unappetizing lukewarm temperature. It was evident that the kitchen lacked the skill and finesse necessary to deliver a satisfactory dining experience.
Hygiene concerns further tainted the already dismal experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable at best, with tables appearing haphazardly wiped and a general lack of attention to detail. The restroom conditions were deplorable, reinforcing the notion that Restaurant Navtara neglects even the most basic standards of cleanliness.
To add insult to injury, the ambiance was far from enjoyable. The atmosphere was marred by an odd combination of dated decor and poor lighting, creating an uninviting and uncomfortable setting for patrons.
In conclusion, dining at Restaurant Navtara was a regrettable decision. The combination of lackluster service, unappetizing food, hygiene concerns, and a dismal ambiance makes it an establishment to be avoided at all costs. There are countless other dining options that undoubtedly offer a more pleasurable and satisfying experience than the abysmal one provided by...
Read moreHad visited this restaurant with my family. I seldom give such harsh reviews but this time I don’t find a point how to even forget the ordeal we went through. This was at 10:30am So we had placed an order for 2 plate idly , 1 idly vada and one dosa. The Idlies were served dry and cold. Literally after requesting with great difficulty one Mr Aslam took it away heated and served us warm. The taste was average but the most pathetic was their service! Next we requested for some onion uthapam and he straight away said it will take time about 15-20 mins to make uthapam. We asked him to proceed on with the order. Just then my dad ( who just got operated on his leg was experiencing some discomfort) we immediately asked Aslam to cancel the order. Which was placed just a minute earlier and called for the driver.
Mr.Aslam blatantly denied saying that he just punched the order ! We already had enough of the un-professional and rude service,we just couldn’t go through the ordeal anymore! They suggested us to parcel the same after getting it prepared while we were being harassed with this pathetic service. Finally after a bit of 8 mins argument they gave a closure by handing over the bill without billing for the uthapam. Here, it wasn’t about whether he billed or not it was about the attitude towards his job and people. My 1 year old and my old parents had such a horrible memory while we went there looking at the reviews to have a nice time. Had it been a technical issue we could have over seen it but the issue was in the attitude which was too...
