I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hotel Mountain Trail Manali. The property exceeded all expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and spacious, luxurious rooms boasting breathtaking views from every angle. The dining gallery offered a mesmerizing vista of Manali and the snow-capped mountains, making every meal a delightful experience.

The food was not only delicious but also diverse, eliminating the need to dine out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Moreover, the staff's exceptional politeness, friendliness, and willingness to engage in meaningful conversations truly elevated the overall experience. The owner of the property embodied humility and supportiveness, going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. From assisting with bike rentals to offering guidance on local trips and managing adventure activity arrangements, they provided invaluable support without any additional charges.

Even when we made a booking error online, resulting in extra charges, the owner graciously extended our stay by a day at no extra cost. Such generosity and understanding are a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

A place worth all the stars. What stands out the most here is customer service and the warm feeling of being treated as family. The owners are hospitable to an extent that you will be smitten by their compassion and kindness. Besides this, the hotel is abit away from the town but quite near to Hadimba temple. There are autos and other transport available to ferry you back and forth. The decor, furniture does justice to its name as it gives you a feel of a mountain cottage of sorts. There is hot water available and rooms are spacious. The view is absolutely mesmerizing as you sit in the balcony and just drench yourself in the beauty of nature. This place is known to be a one stop paradise for most of it's guests, as after enjoying the staffs hospitality they always come back and recommend...

Having a humble host is like a guiding angel over your shoulder. Apart from neat and tidy rooms. This place has traditional fireplace.. something not oftentimes found in a budget stay. Window side view will take your breath away.. mountains across and whole valley with colourful rooftops paint a serene painting which I will take to grave. The host Mr Avinsh, gudied us through whole two days, helped us with all the arrangements for further site seeing.. to atal tunnel and far beyond to Sissu village in extravagant Gypsy ride.(which is accessible only if you have a valid travel permit to travel across the tunnel). P.S. learn to appreciate cleanliness and be respectful of the cultural values and traditions and you'll find everyone reciprocating your love...
