The rooms were good enough but there is a lot more to a stay than just the rooms. The room service was extremely disappointing. I asked several times for housekeeping, they said that they will send it and it never arrived. There were no bath towels or soap or necessary accessories present at the time of check in but were given when asked. Also I booked 4 suites in advance but they gave us 2 classic and 2 deluxe which we found out on our checkout time. At the time of checkout, they said that we broke a bed but when we lifted the mattress to check if it actually broke, we were shocked to find out that it was already somehow fixed with 4-5 different sized plywood and it somehow felt that they were trying to trick us to pay for it. The manager was very rude and ignorant of the basic needs of their customers. We asked for wifi too which was included in our booking but on asking they said the wifi is slow and it has been that way and nothing can be done about it. There are still a number of things left but I think you all will get the scenario of this hotel.
I would highly recommend that even if you have to pay a little extra to avoid this hotel, you should do so because the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wish I could show you some relevant images to support my claim but was in a...

A nice budget place to stay at a 10 min walking distance from the mall road. The rooms are average with clean washrooms. The kitchen is slow and needs advance orders but the staff is happy to offer plates and cutlery for meals that you bring in. Rooms are big enough and location wise it's the best to reach Mall road and bus station in a 5 min walk.
Sevice was good but after 11 PM till 7 AM there are no service enough the hotel lobby is locked so that we cannot go out or come i side easily. Need to call the person aand then door...
