I recently visited Nutsweet - The Dessert Lounge, drawn by its reputation for desserts. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming and left much to be desired.

Taste: The desserts were decent in flavor but nothing extraordinary. While they were visually appealing, the taste didn't justify the hype or pricing.

Quality: The ingredients seemed fresh, and the presentation was good. However, the portion sizes were extremely small for the price, making it feel like poor value for money.

Ambiance: The lounge has a modern and chic vibe, but it lacks warmth. It feels more like a showpiece café than a welcoming dessert haven.

Service: The staff was polite but not particularly attentive.

Value: This is where the experience faltered most. The desserts are overpriced for the portion size and quality offered, leaving you feeling short-changed.

Highlights: Pros: Polite staff, decent flavor, attractive presentation. Cons: Overpriced, small portions, lack of uniqueness in taste, and slow service.

Overall: Nutsweet - The Dessert Lounge may look appealing, but it fails to deliver on taste, value, and overall satisfaction. Unless you’re specifically curious about their presentation, there are better dessert options...

DON’T GO TO THIS DESSERT LOUNGE IF YOU WANT TO TRY DESSERT IN PEACE AND RELAX FOR A WHILE. Giving 1 star just for food as I ordered 2 pancakes and they were good but the DISAPPOINTMENT FACTOR was they write dessert lounge but they don’t let you relax only. The staff keep on staring like have we finished our food or not , it felt like they want us to just eat food and leave as soon as possible! Even after placing 2 orders they keep on staring at us, the staff interrupts while you are chilling with your friends, they didn’t come to take my order at first but when I was talking to my friend after finishing my food for 5 mins, a staff member came to ask if we want to order anything else(that was an indication for us to leave indirectly). Such a drag behaviour. Also ambience is also not that great. Lastly, they even take so long to make my order.

MY REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT: [Okay people, their definition of lounge is different than the world’s! Already said we ordered 2 pancakes, our bill came for Rs.280 precisely,We were the only customer at that time still they don’t know whether we ordered twice or not! Lol! Great service you can see...

To say about Nutsweet - The dessert lounge it was absolutely amazing and worth visiting and tasting the limited unlimited WAFFLES offer i.e. ₹ 199 unlimited waffle includes 16 flavours of waffle. Offer started from 9th November 2023 and ends on 31st January 2024. They have very delicious soft tasty and attractive luring waffles 🧇. It is open until 12. a.m. at night. Place is very hygiene clean and waffles areade in front of us and kitchen baking area is also very hygiene and clean. Interior is very attractive and nice each table has charging facility too. Lighting inside is also very eye catching. They have many offerings including waffle like thick shakes and many more. It is definitely worth giving try in unlimited WAFFLES offer and in normal also...
