Leo - Hotels Near Navrangpura Ahmedabad — Hotel in Gujarat

The receptionist is exceptionally rude. With a condesending tone. When asked for a simple wifi password it became a debatable topic as he seemed to be reluctant to spell out the password. Didn't provide bottled water, When asked for the complimentary bottle he came along with some random plastic bottle which he filled in front of me stating it is RO that we use at out hotel. When requested for a fresh towel, it was denied. Firstly he said we can provide only one towel in a day. When confronted he said the laundry person hasn't come today due to which we are short on towels today.

Extremely poor hospitality. The rooms are decent but the staff is rude...

This was an impromptu booking and as it was a day visit.. We wanted something economical and good. I read a few reviews and saw a couple of photos prior to shortlisting.. We ended up booking this for our evening event in Hyatt Regency- 5 mins walking distance.. And the morning event was in AMA hall... The hotel as most have mentioned is just a floor in the building.. One can find a few more in the same building.. The room was nice, clean- we were lucky to get a corner room - which meant two sets of windows. The bathroom was clean, however the fittings ( hooks, shower heads) needed basic repairs. The air conditioning was good and the TV had internet...

First of all don't book this hotel to oyo app because that was not accepting the booking Second things another staff nature and like care takers and room service it will be okay but the reception guy he don't have any manner and don't have good nature so please don't book that to oyo he guy charged me for 1 night and chek out time in 11am but i will tell him to check out in 9 pm so how much it will be extra charges for 9 hour's only and he will charged full amount of room in full day very bed...
