OYO Hotel R S Palace — Hotel in Gujarat

WORST EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY. I booked this hotel for 5 nights after looking at the photos and the reviews on oyo website. The hotel was no where close to the photos. Rooms were totally different, smelly and stinky. As soon as you enter you had to climb 3 stories to reach the reception. Hotel is on 3rd floor with only 8 rooms. You can clearly see after looking at the lift that it stopped working years ago. The reception guy gave us a room and promised us to shift to a better place in few hours. Later, when we asked them for the room the owner of hotel came and started threatening us. He asked us to lodge a complaint on OYO app and also starting abusing us for no reason. It was very pathetic experience

From my side it’s big NO for this hotel. Sleep on roadside dormitory on railway station instead of going for this one. Staff very rude, if paid through OYO online, you will be denied checkin and they will collect money from you again and oyo will not refund you.

Taps broken Washroom not clean No service even water Water not flushing out from washroom Bedsheets are like they are giving room back to back every hour or two with mount cleaning They don’t have cleaning staff No Spare Bedsheet even one extra in their stock for changing in room No towel Only good for couples who doesn’t want to share their identity and want room for fun of small time It’s not safe at all Location is pathetic Fully unhygienic They are taking people without ids for unmarried couple without entry in their register NO NO NO...

i did booked 2 days prior the trip. but when i visited there for check-in they said sorry no rooms available and sent me to another hotel named hotel Keshav.
