I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Visted Hyderabad with my family and we had booked 2 rooms here for 3 nights. On check in everything was verified and confirm. I had already paid for my stay of 3 nights and even got a confirmation of the booking for the same by the front desk.
The next morning, the app "altered" my booking to 1 night stay and showed my checkout to be done in a few hours. Thinking it must be a mistake I didnt think much of it but to my annoyance- On the way to the function (which was the purpose of my visit to Hyderabad) I started getting calls from front desk to call the customer care to talk to them as the checkout dates where changed. The Oyo team were useless, as they kept cutting calls in the middle of conversation or straight out kept me in hold for long time clearly hoping I end the call. Super annoying ! Since 10 days I was assured for a 3 night booking and the middle of the stay this hotel is asking me to checkout or mange with Oyo!! What for I am not sure ??
The hotel provided me or my family no support and charged us extra and more than the original amount since "it's on the spot booking". It was overall a horrible mess and both Oyo and the hotel manager+ staff clearly are collaborating in this scam of booking services. Even the manager said this happened to another customer 10 days ago.
Hotel is not worth the stay. Consider my experience a lesson and avoid this place. Don't book any Oyo hotels as they are only running a fraud business. Had the hotel staff supported us even a little help i would have offered more review of the rooms and provided feedback to the admins but because of them backing out from any support I don't trust them to be completely innocent. I booked through Oyo online and paid 2470rs online to oyo for staying 10th and 11th Aug 2019 After reaching there at 23:00 hrs he denied to give me a room I was tired and I don't want waste my time so asked solution he adviced me to book directly by paying him 3200 for 2 days I did paid him And in a cancelled oyo The cancellation fee at oyo was 1462rs My total booking cost now is 4662

There is very old non functional fixed temperature AC No singal dustbin in rooms There is no exast system in washroom the toilet seats are broken yellowish and very durty
Paid huge and lost all fun of weekend
