Wish google also had 0 star option. We booked it through the fab hotel website. The images shown on their website and the reality are far apart. Rooms are as small as a matchbox, bathrooms too. Bedsheets were smelly, door mats dirty, roaches in the bathroom as well as on the bed, floor not mopped, walls seeped in water, Hot water geyser non operational, furniture dusty and greasy. Reception and floor lobby were leaking after a light rain, they had put the same floor mats in the lobby to soak rain water as used in the rooms which made the lobby more water logged . Overall A very unhygienic experience. We had booked including breakfast but were initially denied. The fab hotel executive was non responsive and could only help us with the breakfast upon request. The price too high for the service and ambience and facilities the hotel provides. Worst experience ever in all of my travels. Would Not recommended at all. Please be aware and read reviews...
Read moreThe room was not clean enough. We got the bedsheet and towels changed, but the replacements were not significantly better. We had to ask for toiletries as they were not provided by default. One morning, the toilet ran out of water because the motor was not operated on time. The hotel did seem a bit shady.
Nevertheless, the staff was very cooperative in storing the luggage after the check-out and helpful in general as we struggled to survive the weekend at the hotel.
The location is favourable to visit the important tourist places and well connected to the metro. However, the heavy traffic conditions and lack of proper footpaths and zebra crossings in the area make it difficult to walk safely to nearby places.
In summary, I wouldn't recommend the hotel as better hotels can be found at...

However, upon reaching the hotel, the morning in-charge denied our request, demanded extra payment, and spoke to us rudely, refusing to allow us to check-in despite the payment being made. Attempts to contact the Fab Hotel customer care representative who booked the hotel were unsuccessful, as she did not answer calls and only read messages on WhatsApp without providing assistance.
