Has two levels: Street-level is a small, self-service place with tasty food at affordable prices in this area. Has a few seats along the wall and couple of high tables for eating while standing. Decent number of choices to order from. Cleanliness: Average Ambience: Ok. (Not much to boast about). Service: Fast. You get your order quickly (Remember that this is a self-service place).

Bottom line: Good place to grab a quick byte if you are in a hurry. Not a leisurely group dining place.

Upstairs is a full service restaurant with tasty food and decent number of choices to order from.

Cleanliness: Above Average; better than downstairs. Ambience: Average; better than downstairs. Service: A liittle bit slow, but acceptable. At times catching a waiter's attention is task.

Bottom line:: Good place for a quiet meal. Not a leisurely dining place for family or...

Worst experience today.. Food taste is good but workers attitude is is worst.I'm regular customer for this hotel, almost 6 to 7 yrs, Ordered 2 plates idly... Requested little mirchi powder for patients, Said not their, again requested pl... Rashly said not their..i said dont answer like that.. He said.. That's why we say not their.. It is in upstairs... We will not give.. Or bring token for 10 Rs for mirchi powder. I also shouted.. On him..initially if you ask for token, I would have brought.. First said no.. After shouting he is saying bring token.. This is not good for little powder, we come this hotel for good taste and quality, but it's is proved...that Only money matters I hope... I'm Hurted. And in main counter also same response received. I thought. Now hotel got enough money and people are behaving like that. This is my experience...

Hi, I am a frequent visitor to this hotel from 1996. The hotel cleanliness is ultimate, very nice ambience, with all my scale, I would rate it very good to Excellent. Coming to Food, which is really good a must try category. It is hygienic, tasty. Design and clusters of the dining are good, I wont say it excellent. Still the tables are kept such a way that you wont bothered too much by others around. Service from housekeeping is extremely important to ensure the customer delight in the hospitality front, in which they scored really Excellent. They are fast, polite, which is really impressive. I find this not just once, multiple time and it remain consistent. Over all its a fantastic every time. I will surely recommend this hotel if you wanna...
