Hotel Asrani International — Hotel in Hyderabad

Hotel is amazing for a stay , and little expensive and considering the location and the neatness and ambience its worth it .

Be careful while paying the money and even taking the change back . Money once paid cannot be returned at all even after informed that it will be returned while checkout . I checked out a day early and asked for my advance and the guy ravi said he will send me the money in phone pay but never answered my pings and calls or paid me back i even reported this to the manager diwakar and he did not helped me either i was supposed to get 1500 back and i called them many times for an year and always they answer and say they will get back after checking but no response at all . All the impressions i had with the hotel and the rich ambience all are lost with this tricks they played with me . Be care-full...

I stayed here twice. Both times, I had a wonderful experience. The management and the staff are very courteous. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The washrooms are also clean. The staff are not intruding and do not make a big deal out of small things. At the same time, they are prompt and quick if we request any service. And one of the best things about this hotel is the location... It's situated at one of the best areas in Secunderabad, near the Paradise restaurant. It's situated close to the blue metro line and bus stops. While the in-house restaurant serves delicious food, I found it to be too expensive. And there are no cheap restaurants or dhabas in the immediate vicinity. Overall, I'll happily give this place a 5-star rating and I'll definitely consider this place to stay if I return to Secunderabad...

All good except booking. While booking, can't find family rooms. So I called the number which is available google link. Picked by a fab hotel Call centre person.

I enquired with query ( need 1 room with two double bed for 4 members), he confirmed with hotel and shared room price as 4267 per night. So I booked 4 nights When I reached the hotel, they said we don't have a double bed room,

I got the wrong communication from the call centre.(fab hotel call centre team, you need check this).

But I discussed with manager and stayed there with extra mattress.
