Hotel Incredible One — Hotel in Hyderabad

We group ( about 30 families) of our 72 batchmates of Annamalai University , Tamilnadu have stayed from 29th Jan 24 to 1st Feb.24 . Almost all of us are above 70 years old. The stay at Hotel Incredible 1 is optly named, and all of us felt the facilities we got are incredible one in real sense. I knew this hotel as I visit with my friends now and then for dinner.. Hence when our group has decided to conduct the Silver jubilee meet at Hyderabad about three months back , I was in touch with Vikas Kumar . We both meticulously planned our stay and program to make our stay comfortable and enjoy the meet. Now coming to our feed back.( I was concerned when I came to know that Vikaskumar will be away on those days because of his personal home commitments. But he has arranged/ organised everything very well and I did not feel his absence)

1. Our friends on arrival we were cheerfully welcomed and received by the reception and allotment of rooms were done efficiently .
2. The rooms were well cleaned and felt homely with good lighting, clean and neat bathroom, with all necessary features including the AC .
3. The room boys too were saying good morning and cheerfully greeted every guest.
4. About the food. The menu for all throughout our stay ( breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) was thoughtfully prepared and tastefully cooked. Our appreciation to Roshan and the chef. The boys and girls ( the serving team) were doing excellent job by filling the items with the hot refills. The orderly arrangement of items has greatly helped our guests to enjoy the food . My hearty thanks to food and beverage team.
5. The hall for our get together was well lighted and with appropriate music and Mike arrangements. The chairs and stage were very comfortable. . Once again thanks to house keeping department.
6. When our guests were leaving also the receptionists ( I forgot their names) were skillfully completed in settling the bill.
7. Vikas Kumar has helped me in arranging the transport facilities and finalising the local tour plan. In spite of his no availability the transport was available as per our preplanned schedule.
8. Now coming to few minor points. A) One of our guests came by car and not happy with the parking facility. I think one of the manager had taken care and arranged the cleaning of the car before departure. B) The wash basin location in the common room and the wooden door nearby at the first floor are not conveniently placed. When we open the door and if any guests are using the wash basin nearby he may get hurt.My simple solution would be remove the door and replace with a transparent curtain .
9. Over all I rate your hotel facilities and services are excellent. Wish all the team to keep the same spirit in future too.

I am staying in the hotel since 26th June till today. It's a official trip so i am continuing or else I would have changed on the next day only. My some observations for you all before u book

When i arrived on Sunday 26th, wifi was not working and reply was " hotel is full so wifi is a problem and today being a Sunday no IT person available" Room is very small. No basic facility like hair dryer is also available. I eat jain food i.e without potato, onion and garlic. Ok first day only I had informed them about the same for the breakfast. However they are not able to make simple things like upma, poha also for breakfast. While doing room cleaning they are not replenishing shower gel also in the room for last 2/3 days as shower get is not available only shampoo available. So one has to use shampoo for body cleaning Since last 4 days I have been telling them to make me talk to their manager in charge but not able to so aa manager is available only at lunch time ( when I won't be there in hotel) Staff are polite but they also can't do anything as hotel management is only not good. Everyday two new water bottles are not kept if u have unutilised bottles in the room. However if one day, you have exhausted the same, one has to pay cash and take water bottle. 8 For room slippers you have to pay Rs. 40/- in cash

So friends think 100 times before...

I had booked the hotel directly by calling them and checked in on the 22nd to check out on the 23rd. The hotel is centrally located. Though the room size is small it was neat, clean and comfortable. Despite the positive part the hotel is not for business travelers. The day I was at the hotel a large bunch of school/college kids who were on a excursion were staying there and they were the most troublesome lot. Boys and girls were shouting and running in corridors till 3 am, suddenly at 2 am one of the kids rang my room door bell, at 12.40 am one of kids called my room on the phone. The hotel seemed to be least bothered to get some order or advise the kids not to disturb the other guests. Morning at 7 am i walked upto to the reception and complained and the response from the person was interesting "he just smiled and laughed" well indicating that they were least bothered about guests getting disturbed through the night. Even while i checked out i did raise this issue and even told them that i will be writing a review and the response was "here is the bill sir", all this indicates that the hotel seems to be a regular place for college /school kids and this is a regular affair and they are least bothered. On the whole i would not recommend this place for business travelers or guests who are looking...
