Chemistry Family Bar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the worstest ( if that’s a word) I’ve ever had. If they’re charging 700 rs for a plate, I expect nice service and food. So, how is the food? It’s terrible, cheap, bland and low class. It’s like eating last years preserved chicken and hey, I gotta admit, fish is okayishhhh. And how is the service you ask? Service and waiters there are a joke to the whole restaurant business. I saw in multiple times, they’re actually eating food. It’s like the zomato guy all over again but in this case they were chewing while serving, yah it’s that bad. And the attitude, OMG. The waiters there are condescending, unprofessional, unethical and negligent and add few more. I wish I could add a photo, for a complimentary drink, they served a different glass of coke for me and my friend. I’m not the kind of guy who yells at waiters but if I’m paying 700 I expect something and they provided less than nothing. So overall, the so called chemistry family bar and restaurant, you should’ve spent more money in training these guys instead of spending them on useless interior design.

My advise to the person reading my review and wondering should I atleast give it a try, noooooo. You’re gonna lose your appetite, so just cross the road, board the metro and go to BarbequeNation. It’s totally worth it and its probably cheaper.

Worst experience. Worst ambience. Staff doesnt respond fast. They keep smiling at each other when we ask why the orders are late. They dont get the orders even after waiting for half an hour. They wont mention the orders available and the terms and conditions. The worst thing is we asked for spoons, and the server said there are no spoons. We asked for the manager and then he brought spoons from the table where people just left. Which restaurant doesnt have even spoons??? Worst staff. The food is average and very oily. First things first I really loved the atmosphere and I recommend you to go with fiends so that you can have lots of fun playing snooker and enjoying beverages and food too. I loved the service over there they were very helpful and understanding.
