Cream Stone — Restaurant in Hyderabad

As a long-time and loyal customer of Creamstone, Saroornagar, I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had on 13th November 2024 (around 03.45 PM). Since 2022, I have been visiting this outlet regularly, at least once a month, without fail. However, during my recent visit, the service fell well below acceptable standards.

When I ordered a thick shake, I noticed that the mixer jar used to prepare my order still had remnants from a previous customer’s order. Despite this, the staff proceeded to use the same jar without any concern for hygiene or quality. To make matters worse, when my cup was filled, it wasn’t even full. Upon raising the issue, rather than offering an apology, the in-charge responded with excuses and dismissive explanations, pretending to offer extra as if it were some kind of favor. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing and disheartening.

As a loyal customer, I expect better transparency, accountability, and respect. Such disregard for quality and customer satisfaction reflects poorly on the outlet's standards. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for others in the...

Finally feeling happy to have creamstone near LB Nagar but miss wow factor, this is newly established facility so obviously ambience and seating is really good and order is delivered without much delay. Seating is on first floor and there is no wheelchair accesible facility to reach first floor and facility itself is on raised structure where it is difficult for differently abled people to take steps, management has to consider providing a ramp facility. Place is not too quite busy these days and there is limited seating facility. Place has no restrooms facility so watch out. Place accepts cash and card payments and facility accepts zomato & swiggy orders for take away. If you are looking for late night icecream shops then this is place u can opt for. Nuts overloaded is my favourite in creamstone, and I miss the wow factor here when it comes to Nuts toppings, on that point Himayathnagar branch is best !!! they...

To the management of cream stone. Being a gloded membership customer I have faced such a worst experience at your kothapet store this the 3 or 4 time i have faced the same issue. All the time I have received the wrong ice cream even today also. And even few times I have visited to your kothapet store there is also face such worst experience by your staff who prepare the ice Cream.
