BlueFox Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Hai, I had a fantastic time yesterday with my family. Personally I really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel.. it really changed my mood and made me refreshed. Food was awesome. Quality of food comes with cost, I mean food is little costly but worth.

The Only thing which I felt very uncomfortable is the behaviour of the serving staff. Please understand that when a family come for dining means they want to spend time, chit chat and want to have a good feeling when they leave the place… but staff are making us hurry to leave the place which I don’t like it at all… respect is missing while talking to a customer, they are talking like I am his friend .. it’s a bad way of approaching the customer. Please work on this and try to improve otherwise like I decided that one time dine is enough at Bluefox as these people approach is not good.. even down the line it will never turn the customer to come again to dine at bluefox. Giving bad service and charging for it is the highlight in the restaurant..

I had food at all restaurants in the surroundings but good and quality food you are serving but at the same time train your staff on how to receive, approach and make customer comfortable.

I saw best in class respect and good way of behaviour in Barbecue nation where staff are soo polite and the way they receive, give us the feeling that I am king...

Worst worst food , Pathetic food taste, how could a toppest brand name Industry among resturant is maintaining its a worst taste . We bought non veg and veg both . Fish they don't know how to prepare. Even the chicken was not at all cooked/ baked properly. Veg manchurian, was fully dipped with oil only. I think the chef or cook are not at all good . Last time also made complaint for staff not responding how ever we managed and complained to thier manager .

Rates compared to other top resturants are similar but taste is worst ever

We just had Dinner last night , with our relative form other city , we told that this hotel is having a biggest brand name in city, but , all my Apprecation towards my city's best, gone waste . I feel ashamned in front of my relatives. after coming home also ,my kids got stomach burning . I think the reaturants only focus on thier Liquor sales from where they are earning huge . As per Hyderabad is famous for its Nonveg menu's, but this hotel can be belive for best taste. Further ,vegetarian please avoid this or else you will be...

Very disappointing experience for the price paid (our bill was ₹4664). The food was overpriced and nowhere close to worth the cost. The fish was extremely oily, and most of the dishes were far too salty.

The service was poor—the servers were inattentive, and we had to call them multiple times before getting a response. To make it worse, many items on the menu were not available, yet they informed us only after we had ordered. One dish was delayed for 20 minutes, and then we were told it wasn’t available at all. Worst experience ever.. The waiters were avoiding serving customers and needed to ask atleast 4-5 times to just get some onions and Ketchup, Very disappointed.

For dessert, the brownie was overly sweet and felt more like a sugar overload than a proper dish.

Overall, between the bad service, average-to-poor food quality, and the high cost, this was a very underwhelming experience. Definitely not value for money and I would not...
