It was a terrible experience staying here.||My complaints: 1. No one to welcome us at the houseboat or help with bags, final check in happened after 7 :00PM.||2. Room and furniture is average. Bathroom is terrible. No towels when we entered.||3. Continuous indifferent and rude behaviour by the staff and manager they abuse in their language and they smoke weed. We go to sleep angry and hungry.||4. The staff were lounging about in the common areas lying on the floor watching TV, this didn't allow us to use the sofas in the common area or watch TV. We actually had to tell the staff to let us use the area.||5. On requesting for toilet paper, actually said that only white people use that, why do you need it.||6. No electricity on that day so minimal lights and charging points.||7. We booked a dinner package but after checking-in, we realized that it would be convenient to eat dinner in the houseboat itself.||8. Next morning, we asked if we could check out a little later as we had several hours to our flight, to which rudely tells us that check out is only till 12. When we point out that they delayed our check in, he tells us rudely that no change can be made to check out time.||||||All in all, a very bad experience. Would recommend that no one stay here. Don't be surprised for extremely rude behaviour from the staff and manager, New young hollywood houseboat.||Mr Bilal (owner)...
