Only on two occasions does the customer give voluntary feedback - when the service is terrible or when it is exceptional.

I want to share that the service rendered by Bakingo was truly exceptional - be it quality, promptness or complaint redressal. Three cheers to the team. I give them a 5-star. Your service is truly extraordinary. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s anniversary to be delivered by midnight the same day. The delivery happened in the right slot and bang on time. However, the cake got a little smashed in transit and i immediately shared a photo with the team over WhatsApp expressing my disappointment.

They offered a free replacement to be delivered the following morning. They replaced the entire set, along with a beautiful box, pictures, LED lights, and candles FREE of cost, and left the old cake behind, collecting only the decorated box. Exceptional customer service - something even the biggest brands miss - and a huge boost in brand reliability.

I’ll always be gifting and surprising my loved ones...

If there is any zero star, I would've given that for their pathetic service and behaviour towards customer. We visited this store for a piece of cake only for NYE, and there was this staff on the counter he was on call continuously. We waited for 3-4mins that he will listen, and when we called him, he just said in a very rude way that "Abhi store close hai 10min baad open hoga" I said we just need a cake, that's it...which is on display, you just have to pack the same. And he responded that "Madam 10min baad milega, abhi smaan lagana and all stupid excuses just because for him that call was more important than the customer standing and waiting there.

Soo, take it as feedback, and just IMPROVISE your staff service and attitude towards...

We went there for cake and there was single staff and treated us in very poor way...he told us server is not working and we don't know when it will work..so we can not serve you anything in the store..his behaviour was very very bad..... Is it any bank where the service is dependent on server? Why you guys don't have another option while such situations.
