HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Cockroachs, gaslighting and being mean to food delivery drivers.

Burger club Kalkaji needs to be shut down. there were flies everywhere and a cockroach climbed onto the table while I was trying to eat, there were two more on the floor staring up at me. I ordered a chicken cheese club, crinkle fries and a sour cream. i was billed for something called a club sauce, and i know people make mistakes, that's okay. i went up to the counter to get it changed, but thHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Cockroachs, gaslighting and being mean to food delivery drivers.

I ordered a chicken cheese club, crinkle fries and a sour cream. i was billed for something called a club sauce, and i know people make mistakes, that's okay. i went up to the counter to get it changed, but the cashier tried to convince me that the brown aioli looking tiny paper muffin tin liner with tiny little pickles or some other green vegetables is sour cream, and the club sauce and sour cream are the same. i was offered a cheese dip, but I didn't want it so I declined. while I was waiting to order, the staff of burger club was insisting to a food delivery rider to confirm packaging and pick up on the app because they have a time limit goal. the driver has it too, and they were still folding the lids of the e cashier tried to convince me that the brown aioli looking tiny paper muffin tin liner with tiny little pickles or some other green vegetables is sour cream, and the club sauce and sour cream are the same. i was offered a cheese dip, but I didn't want it so I declined. while I was waiting to order, the staff of burger club was insisting to a food delivery rider to confirm packaging and pick up on the app because they have a time limit goal. the driver has it too, and they were still folding the lids of the boxes for the order, they weren't even in the bag but they kept insisting. the food delivery driver also pointed out the lid for the drink is leaking, and asked them to close it well. they refused! and told him to take it leaking like that. they were really disrespectful to him. the food was mid, but the staff and cockroaches killed my appetite, so I cleaned up after myself and left. three away the bill and i was writing this review while crossing the road and got run over by a bike ): today is just horrible the original review i was writing was removed too, so I'm typing up another one again. if you own this place or manage the burger club Kalkaji, please do a thorough check and ask your staff to be... considerate decent human beings? and know what the menu items look like? thank you,...

This newly opened cafe could be awesome, but some factors are keeping it below average. If you're looking to have a quick bite, specially burgers, forget McDonald's, Wendy's, or any other restaurant in kalkaji. Huge and tasty burgers, that will not put any load on your pocket(₹₹). But, it's a tiny space, they have only 4 tables, and tables and seats are VERY uncomfortable. Seats ar not movable, and they have placed it very far from the table, which makes it difficult to reach for your meal. Also, Nice and polite staff but a bit unprofessional, service was not accurate. Also they were asking to adjust other people on the table, which is not good at all(not to mention its covid time, meaning 50% occupancy not 200%). If all their tables are occupied, they should not let more customers in. People can take away, or should wait outside.. So many...

Not worth the hype.

Burger Club is a fast food outlet chain competing with McDonalds, Burger King and Burger Singh, but how can it even sustain in this competition if they do not have good quality burgers, snacks and beverages. I have tried this very Burger Club outlet atleast thrice and every time there is something or other which makes me give it a bad review. Yes, they have a good variety of burgers but the amount of filling and the quality of the patty is not satisfactory at all. The chicken burgers way less chicken filling and quantity of large fries is way too less. Moreover, the hot chocolate available in their menu doesn't have a thick consistency and hence doesn't taste like hot chocolate at all.

They need to improve a lot of things before making their brand look appealing when compared to other brands in the fast...
