This is the 2nd time I visited here basis my first visit, this time we order unlimited platter, they don't offer drink in that platter that is fine and they have a policy like no sharing, no package and no wastage Which I like it and I asked the question if in case I don't like the item then they said they will replace it but don't waste on Which I agreed, everything is going so well and we eat at the end each and every item at the main course we left with few items, so I request them what they will do it's waste inadvertently then they said we will through outside then I request if is it then better to give us then they said it's not a policy if so then why the through is it a good policy I said will give someone who need it but they denied it means that don't go for unlimited package as they refused the food which is good but reuse of food which is already have it by someone else is not good and for that I gave it 1 start and if they can't afford better not to give this option as this is will enhance the brand rather it will...

I ordered a veg keema meat with 2 Rumali roti and kurkure chaap yesterday. I was in a hurry so I didn't check my order and just took it away. But when I came home and opened it,I found that the breads were missing.When I called the restaurant and asked for the same,they told me that there is no delivery boy available and asked me to come and collect the breads.I couldn't go to collect the breads as it was very late.On calling him again today about the same matter he put everything on me that I should have check the order before taking it away , I found it very unethical and impolite and very rude also on the restraunt part,I agree that the customer should also be responsible for checking the order but the first and foremost responsibility is of the restaurant to check and ensure that the right order should be delivered to the right customer.
