Hotel Singh palace — Hotel in Karol Bagh

First when reach Hotel they said they are not tied up with Agoda and no way get this booking, the person at Reception insisted to contact Agoda Customer care and request refund and do direct pay booking at over the counter. It was a very unpleasant experience, Mr Mishra who called someone and then returned said ok the booking. Agoda better check this issue.

Hotel Room is spacious and clean , Toilets too well cleaned and water pressure is good and hot water is available. Room gets outside noise too much that was a negative impact.

I always choose this particular hotel for its prime location, impeccable hospitality, clean and hygienic rooms. They do not have a kitchen but the hotel staff are cooperative and serves you just the kind of food you prefer by outsourcing them from restaurants near by.

It's my fifth stay here in a couple of months and a nice review is definitely the property's rightful due. Keep serving and smiling...

I have stayed at this property in 2018 and came back in 2022 in the same hotel. Staff is the best. Always make me feel very looked after and safe. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
