I recently went to this place, and trust me this is the worst place I have ever been to in the entire city. while Delhi is known for its amazing cafes and hangout places,Bardos La Citta is definitely a stain on its image.

This place does not allow you to carry bags with you (just imagine). So , I had a laptop bag with me as I was returning from office and they did not allow me to enter. Yes you read it right, they did not allow me to enter as they have a policy that the guests cannot have a bag with them. not only this, when I tried to ask the manager (who definitely pretended to be oversmart) answered me -there is a reason why some policies are made. I literally asked him what could be a bigger reason than being hospitable to your guests and his reply was -I CANNOT LOSE MY JOB FOR YOUR LAPTOP BAG!!! Yes your read it right this was his reply. Imagine someone being this inexperienced and pretending to be someone clearly he is not at all capable of becoming. Losing your job because I have a laptop bag?? are you kidding me. Betho beta, bahut kuch seekhna baaki hai..

so all in all, very bad experience with the staff.They do not have manners to talk to female guests, are not at all hospitable, and are not willing to help you at all. Very arrogant staff, looks like all teens.
