Illume The Soir Bar — Restaurant in Delhi

On last Friday we went there for office new year party Firstly I am criticize Illume the soir bar.

Secondly I would like to share my experience in points.

Starters service is very slow 😔, taking more than 15-20 mins to refill the plate .

No DJ lights , for what we booked your place as you promised us to give.

Table service is too slow.

For lunch there 3 tables but all the food is refilling only on 1 tables rest of the table members are just sitting there and waiting waiting and waiting for long.

6.There is no cordination between the Illume team.

In between our party on dance floor people are there for some electricity issue ( actually for some maintenance with a very big ladder 🪜) which makes us uncomfortable to dance and enjoy.

If you are taking booking from someone than make sure to give us exact what you promised and for what you are charging for.

If all of sudden you are facing any issue than atleast for once call the client and ask them ki app ko iss issue ke apni party continue krrna chahate ho yah nahi .

Pretty disappointed experience

Sorry to say but I would never suggest this restro - bar to anyone.

this is the worst place to ever visit. the food was very bad. the staff was DRUNK, yes, drunk af. they reeked of alcohol. disgusting. how were they allowed to be on duty? the music was unnecessarily loud, very annoying… anyway. the main thing which angered me was that when we had to pay, they made us wait for almost 20 minutes because apparently their card machines (all of them!!) were “out of service” when in reality he was asking me for tip. like bruh? they assumed that i didn’t know what a pin number is and they were just like- atm number likho. and they also charged a lot, for such pathetic food. we repeatedly kept on requesting them to either shift us or reduce the volume but the management took NO ACTION! VERY LAZY STAFF, VERY LAZY MANAGEMENT, DRUNK STAFF, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR A FAMILY AT ANY COST! FOOD SUCKS AS WELL! AND THIS IS AN...

I went to illume last night. As I entered Illume, warmth embraced me—a haven where sophistication met coziness. The ambient lighting and inviting decor promised an enchanting evening. The mocktails and Cocktails were great! each sip was a new adventure. Vibrant presentations and explosive flavors made choosing a delight.

The Crowd was amazing, best place to go with family and friends both.On the top of that the Live music transformed the night. From soothing melodies to infectious beats, the atmosphere danced with energy.

Every bite of delectable food was a perfect. The paneer tikka there is a must try. And the quality of the food was also at its very best.

The staff's genuine care made me feel cherished—an unforgettable touch unlike other clubs in the pusa road line.

I guess it will be my next go to place. A must...
