I am Vrindha, and I recently joined a gold scheme at Maharaja Gold and Diamonds in Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala. Unfortunately, it has been the worst decision I have ever made when it comes to buying jewelry. I absolutely dislike their terms and conditions, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I had high expectations when I joined the scheme, but after completing 11 months, I was disappointed to find that my total gold weight was only 26.110 grams. Unfortunately, this amount is insufficient to create a proper piece of jewelry. When I visited the store, they showed me a neck chain, but it did not match my payment weight. They claimed it was a 'Kerala model' and told me that no extra payment was required. However, when I returned to the store a month later, I was shocked to be asked for an additional ₹9,000.

I am still trying to understand why Maharaja Gold and Diamonds has such a poor culture and value system. In my opinion, their business practices are unfair, and I would advise others to avoid this store at all costs. Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their handmade jewelry, which I found to be subpar. I would strongly advise against any bride-to-be visiting this store, as they make false promises that they fail to deliver. In fact, I would say that Maharaja Gold and Diamonds is the worst jewelry store I have had the misfortune of dealing with, and I will never recommend...

With reference by my friend yesterday I had visited this jewellery for exchange of my old gold and I was so thankful that I had got a good price for my old gold and was able to take new designs of gold from them. “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.” The staff Mr Manu was so patient and handled all my queries well . They have a good collections in 18k light weight dimond for daily use.. Really I have to say about the customer service we're right from the owner to each and every staff was so polite and give a postive vibe. “Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.” The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This will be my go-to place for jewellery shoping for my future ...The best in town.

Extremely Disappointed with Ring Exchange Experience

I had a very bad experience during a ring exchange at this jewellery. I was shocked to find that an additional value was added without proper explanation. Even more concerning, there were no gold making charges mentioned for the new ring, yet I was told it was calculated based on a “piece rate”, which was never clearly explained. I Felt Cheated. To make matters worse, the new ring was valued at over ₹10,000, but it contained only 400 milligrams of 22k gold – which is extremely low and not worth

In the end, I decided to sell the ring back to the same shop and ended up facing a unfair financial loss . The entire experience felt completely unfair and misleading.my time also wasted 1 and half hours,,,🙏
