Subject: Disappointing Experience at Rajadani Edapally Branch

Recently, we purchased a chain from your jewellery store, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with your staff. The chain was originally ordered online by my friend, who is currently in the UK, as a gift. However, just three days after receiving it, the chain broke.

We decided to visit the nearest branch, located in Edapally, to exchange it. Despite waiting for almost an hour, the staff were uncooperative and treated us in a very disrespectful manner, as if we were children. Eventually, we decided to exchange the chain for a pair of earrings and even paid the additional amount required.

After completing the transaction, the staff unexpectedly asked for more payment and added it to the bill without proper explanation. We contacted the branch owner and raised our concerns about the staff's behavior and the unexplained extra charges, but we received no satisfactory response.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the 18ct diamond nose pins I purchased from Edapally Pokkatupady Rd store on July 30, 2024. I bought them to wear as second studs, but shortly after using them, my ears began to feel irritated. When I removed the studs, I was shocked to see that the color had changed noticeably. I returned to the shop on April 8, 2025, and explained the issue to the staff. Instead of acknowledging a fault with the product, they casually mentioned that this was a common problem and that other customers had complained too. Their only solution was to offer a quick polish, which they did—but it hardly feels like a proper resolution. For the price and the brand, I expected much better quality...

don't purchase from raadhani, I went to edapally rajadhani 1year ago for gold purchase and they said they're giving 95% resale value and 100% exchange value on diamond jewellery and I purchased 2 diamond studs for Rs.7150 from them as I had an emergency financial crisis I went to resale with the bill and card(certificate of authenticity) and they said they can only give 4000 rupee. they're giving wrong informations to make us buy diamond from them, if I've purchased gold stud instead it'd have cost less than 3.5k totally. I recommend these people to beg on streets it'd be more better than cheating customers. I'll never ever purchase anything...
