Deleting the old review and adding the new. It’s because the management should definitely know what’s happening over as every review gets a reply. Visited the branch on last Wednesday ie 10/4/24. Entered by 12 :00 baby was with us. It was too hot outside also inside. Asked the person inside to turn on the AC as it was very very hot inside. The reply was it’s on. Again waited for some more and still it was hot. Then checked the temperature written on AC it was set to 30. Again asks the guy to turn on the AC he said they just open it told its on 30 at least put on a lower temperature to get it cooled. After this only he turned on the air cutter and set the temperature to 24. But still only one AC were working. And as you can see the bottles inside is not clean. Before they were in excellent in customer service. Now it’s about to lost.
