Eden Grande Inn — Hotel in Kerala

I would describe my family’s stay at Eden Grande Inn as mediocre. The fan in the front room of the inn was not working and as it was the place went spent most time in, you may guess it was a very hot and humid experience as in India at the time the climate daily was 35 degree Celsius. In addition the A/C was not a centerlized system. Also, the parking was a difficulty as the house was raised from the road and was not distanced from the road either so the parking was on a steep slope, there was minimal parking space that could barely fit an SUV at max, theses factors made it very hard to park. My experience with the eden grande inn was little disappointing. I booked for month from Canada for a family including 9 month old baby and Harry was very immature and irresponsible to handle the certain things which he could resolve before check-in and kept delayed same issue towards end (fan was not working in living room which harry hide at the time of booking and difficulty in parking,untidy untensils ) . Also we had to pay extra INR 1000 for 5days inorder to get second gas cylinder as they provided us partial cylinder at the time of check in which was totally done in 20 days. Our stay at Eden grande inn could be described as a perfect weekend getaway. It provided a coziness of home away from home with satisfying furnishings and clean bedrooms.
