We are super happy with the furniture we received from Homework Living. Juzer Esmail from the Homework Living team assisted us through the entire process and he was exceptional when it came to giving details and coordinating. The quality of the furniture from Homework Living too is top notch.

At first we booked just a L shaped sofa and a bench / ottoman from Homework Living, in parallel we had booked 3 master beds from a company called @Furndune #furndune Furndune.com who are a hoax and scam people. Closer to the day of getting the house ready for opening we realized all the more that Furndune won’t deliver and this set in panic. At this point I explained to Juzer Esmail from Homework Living of what had happened and asked if he can help. Juzer came up with a simple but effective plan of picking from stocks readily available with minor polish customization; we agreed and he deliver these beds to us in a weeks time. I recently purchased furniture worth ₹6 lakhs from Homework Living Furniture (Kochi showroom). While the formal area sofa and dining set were satisfactory, the living room sofa (₹1.8 Lakhs) turned out to be a major disappointment. The product was vastly different from what was advertised in terms of quality, comfort, and design.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the company refused to offer a replacement or refund. They also demanded full payment before even considering my complaint, despite me already paying 87% of the bill.To make matters worse, the sales team acknowledged the issue and even removed the product from their website, yet they still refused to take responsibility.

Their customer service has been frustrating, leaving my family without proper seating for weeks. I do not recommend Homework Living Furniture to anyone looking for quality products and reliable...

Very bad customer service and quality. The delivered products were damaged and the quality was poor. The pins of the sofa kept falling of for one sofa and another one stitching was loose. Dining table chair stitching of cusions were loose and damaged. They don’t answer the calls or respond promptly for the rectification of the damages. One of the item were supposed to deliver and even after 8 months it’s not delivered. If I could rate 0 rating I would. Terrible experience all together.
