Classio Restaurant — Restaurant in Edapally

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant, where they attempted to cheat us with the billing.

Before entering, we asked for pricing details, and they informed us that one butter chicken costs ₹350 and is sufficient for 3-4 people. They also promised a reasonable discount since we were a large group. However, when the food was served, they brought the curry in a large dish and served it in a small soup bowl for each table, which wasn’t even enough for two people.

When the bill arrived, they charged ₹350 per person for 50 people. Their justification was that it's Ernakulam and expenses are very high. After a long argument, they finally gave us a discount, but our journey was delayed by almost an hour due to their dishonest behavior.

I recently orderes from Classio Restaurant in Edapally, and my experience was a letdown. I ordered the Beef Tawa Fry and Chicken Matka, but the food was very poor. The dishes lacked flavor, and the quality didn't justify the price.

*Overpriced *: A half portion of chicken curry was priced at ₹410, which I found to be outrageous considering the portion size and quality. Poor Food Quality: The Beef Tawa Fry and Chicken Matka were disappointing, with the beef being overcooked and the chicken being tough and dry. Unjustified Pricing: The quality of food didn't match the price, making it a poor value for money.

The nool porotta is so amazing

Almost all the items are good in quality , quantity and taste- pretty reliable, none of the things we ordered seem off.(I have only been to once)

Tandoori chicken is also pretty good A different kind of chicken fried rice is served here from what u might get at most of the other places - I liked the chicken fried rice , bt some people might not like it. The masala shawai was also good Chilly chicken was also great. The dessert option were also great.

It's not like all food were super best on taste or mind-blowing. But it's good enough to visit multiple times.

Good and clean ambience, very neat and clean washrooms and toilets. Very recommendable to visit with family.

Service was also very great I really liked it.
