Pai Dosa — Restaurant in Kerala

We went to pai dosa first February 2025 me with my family almost 9 members are there we ordered Nine varieties of dosa. Seating capacity is very poor after we found seats within half an hour and we sat on table nearby at that time we understand suppliers will not take our order we have to pay bill first so I I took order from every family member by serial number in their menu the billing agent told me the numbers in menu is not necessary you have to tell every dosa's name then I told him I horriblely get seats for every members and I took the order from every members for easily purpose eye mentioned only serial number in their menu and the billing agent told me you have to tell me the dosa's name then only I can make a bill to you then i took there menu again and again for giving him dosa's name even that I gave Dausa name he build only 7 dosa instead of 9 and again I make bill for another 2 dosa in a que arrogant they are irresponsible billing agent clerk is also irresponsible and arrogant. human power is very less honor didn't appoint any staffs for maintaining their crowded customers but owners mind is if you want Do sa you have to pay first Mayan people ordered dosa for rupees 1400 we have to pay large amount of money and we have to work for getting dosa we ordered veg dosa but billed another dosa of non veg and they give another variety of dosa I will not enter in the pai dosa anymore in padma suppliers did not even supply bringing water for customer we order drinking water even though they are not willing to deliver the water at the time they are not interested to do their job because I...

I visited Paidosa in Edapally for the first time in the evening. The place wasn’t crowded, and I found a seat easily in the middle of the room. But the first thing I noticed was that the table was not clean. The water jug on the table had visible water marks on it, which didn’t feel hygienic. Also, there was no drinking glass placed on the table. Because of that, I didn’t even feel like asking for water. It seemed like the staff wasn’t paying attention to the basic setup or cleanliness of the tables. Soon, a waiter came with the menu, and I ordered a butter masala dosa, a coffee, and also a parcel to take home. The food arrived in about 10–15 minutes, which was a decent waiting time. However, when the food was served, I was disappointed by the presentation. The butter dosa was served on an old steel plate with lots of dents. It didn’t look clean or appealing. Also, the sambar and chutney were served directly on the plate itself, instead of in small bowls or tumblers. Personally, I prefer sambar in a tumbler so I can taste it properly. I feel they should consider changing the way they serve these items. Taste wise, the butter masala dosa was good, but I felt it didn’t have enough filling. One unusual thing was the mango pickle served with it. Maybe it’s their special touch, but it didn’t go well with the dosa for me. Was a worst food, Me and a friend was starving (he wanted to eat something vegetarian) . So I thought to try something from 36 Pai Dosa from Edappally. We entered and soon order 2 items. When I gave my order the boy that item wasn't available. So I asked for his opinion for the more selling item that people take. Whenever he scroll his fingers through the list and stopped I was looking at there. He was only suggesting the most priced items only. He was not trying satisfy a customer, hence he was trying to get a good bill. ('' it was my perspective i don't know if his intention was pure or not, but i don't believe it was like that'' ). At last we placed the order. When the order arrived we was in awe. It just literally looked like a Pizza. I really thought instead of going there we could have gone to a Pizza Hut or Domino's LOL. This Dosa had eggs 🥚, chatney, curry, cheese 🧀, paneer, sambar, chamanthi, potato masala, and many more and even chocolate 🍫. When I took my 1st bite from it I understood my mistake. So i gave the half portion the my friend he also said it is impossible to eat it. But i said we can't waste food. So we both filled our mouth and was ready to leave. We taught to tell the person in the billing. But when we reach there they wasn't making any eye contact.
