Service great. Hospitality awesome. We got lot of extra help as our luggage was kept for an extra day. Also a room was given to us for changing and getting fresh.

Nearby railway station. Cheap. Good for night spend.

But following problems were observed regards room -

cleanliness not maintained. room door mat - dirty - which was later changed. TV not working - which was later resolved. water was not kept - later resolved. door not locking properly - later resolved. Fan regulator nearly came in hand. Room dusty. My wife had asthma. Entire trip she did not suffered as in last day.

All problems resolved, but were they meant to be there at first stage.

Thanks to goibibo discount and hence we have no regret. But if this was supposed to be booked without discount then it doesn't deserve 900 for non Ac room. At max 600 per room night.

Above problems can be resolved with some renovations and expenditures on hotel. As most important the staff was great, polite and helpful....

A successful enterprises can be identified, how it addresses the problems. I booked a non-a/c thru goibibo for rs.599/-, the room had a tingy smell, wherein it seems to be have been kept locked for some time. At night the smell was heavy i was not able to open the windows, mosquito nuisance. There was no mosquito net attached, It was night 2.30 am, I woke up the reception guy, told him mosquito problem, he kept searching for a mosquito coil, then added a room spray for the bad smell, he immediately gave me a A/C room, No arguments at all. No question asked. No extra charges. First time in as many years, mostly the hotel guys argue that their rooms are great. But here he did not argue at all. Second main thing, i booked thru goibio and checkin was 12noon, i booked at eve 5pm, half the day gone, checked in at 7pm, The hotel gave me checkout at 7pm... This was the greatest thing. Most hotels do not want to give 24hours.

On arrival on 12-01-16 at 04.00 hrs and in spite of advance information about our time of arrival we were not given a regular room and were put in a so called suite which was not clean at all.Pillows were stinking, rooms unclean and out of three wash basins two which were of normal height were defunct and a third one which is at avery low height was working making us bend a lot. The hotel bluffed to us that they have pure veg restaurant when we spoke to them before booking the room. On arrival they said it is a combined restaurant and only B/F is veg. We told we cant eat since we are pure Vegs and requested for refund of Breakfast amount which was flatly refused by them. The subsequent room which they have that day was also not good with bed linens torn and in Bathroom the shower handle was not there and was no shower...
