Absolutely atrocious experience here. We made sure we looked at the website before going here. The website and listing on Google says they are open from morning till night. We got here at 11:30am for an early lunch. As we walked in, it was clear they weren't strating lunch yet. The staff confirmed that with us, which is fine! So we asked for a menu. After about 10 mins of waiting, they brought a menu, gave it to me and told me nothing on the menu is available. Super confused why this man even gave me the menu. He told us they only had a few sandwiches available. He listed a few, and we picked the chicken sandwich. After a few more mins, someone came back and told us their chicken sandwich was unavailable. Hangry, we said whatever sandwich is fine. Then after waiting a few more mins, they asked us to sit in a different corner of the restaurant, since they wanted to clean; this I was okay with. After waiting about 33 mins, i decided it was time to leave. I went to ask who I assumed was the matron in charge if I could just cancel our order and leave. With a surprised look, she asked what was wrong, not knowing that we weren't served yet. We were already running a little late and frustrated so we were getting ready to leave. She insisted it was already ready and they just forgot to serve us. We were too hungry that we agreed to it.
