Trust me...! I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with non-functional fittings and a general lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches, which made my stay even more uncomfortable.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, making the overall experience even worse. Despite the hotel claiming to offer amenities like Wi-Fi, there was none available during my stay. Additionally, they have a strict no friends allowed policy, which I found quite unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The television was not working, and the ceiling fan made continuous noise. The toilet was in poor condition, with a non-functional flush tank, and there was no water supply available in the morning. I booked a room and on arrival the person told me that I have come at the wrong 'Malabar Plaza'. He gave us the location of the 'correct' Malabar Plaza so we took an auto to that place. On reaching that 'correct' Malabar Plaza the manager/owner came and really insulted us saying this is not Malabar Plaza. What room are you talking about.. bla bla. He literally asked me to go out and see what name was written on the hotel signboard when it clearly did say Malabar Plaza. No...
